Personnel Coordinator - Responsible for providing Administrators with administrative and clerical support. Provide assistance to Administrators with the planning, coordinating and processing of all crew related matters. Some college degree preferred. Position requires extensive PC experience in Word, Excel and People soft. Excellent organization and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, attention to detail, and willingness to work late and overtime when necessary. Previous cruise line or ship experience preferred. Scheduling Coordinator - Create, update and maintain rotation schedules for shipboard employees by department and position. Create logical rotation of crew, based on contracted periods of time, permanent positions and ship itineraries. Assign crew sign off dates and return dates and ship assignments. Thus eliminating the need for ship's department heads to schedule crew. Give each crewmember an assignment to sign off and return to a vessel ensuring that budgeted manning are maintained and ship personnel's Managers and Administrators are well informed in advance. Some college degree preferred. Position requires extensive PC experience in Word, Excel and People soft. Excellent organization and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, attention to detail required.

General Clerk II - Code, obtain appropriate approvals and signatures and submit to accounting department all bills related to the Ship Personnel Department. Must have previous clerical and accounting experience and be computer literate. Must be detail oriented. Adaptable to handle continuous change and multiple tasks at once.

Payroll Manager - Position requires at least 5 year’s experience using Lawson HR Software to manage a 2500+ employee multi-state payroll. You will use your thorough understanding of payroll and G/L interfaces to process bi-weekly payrolls and 3rd party interfaces, to process/file payroll taxes, interface with information systems, prepare and manage a budget and supervise a staff of three. Kronos experience is highly desirable. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience and proficiency in MS Word and Excel are also required; Access a plus.

Crew Medical Coordinator - Position requires a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse (any U.S. or Canadian licensure acceptable) with two to four years of occupational nursing experience. Must be able to work in a multi-task, fast paced environment. This position is primarily responsible for the coordination of medical care for shipboard employees with company and private physicians, plus applicable administrative duties. Must be able to work in a multi-task, fast paced environment.
